CU Pride is October 17th and WE NEED YOUR HELP! 

Every year we participate in CU Pride both in the parade and with a booth. At our booth, we will need people who are ready to do some nail painting as well as friendly UU’s who can talk about the church and why you love coming here! 

We will also be walking in the parade. This year, we have a goal to get 20 balloon hats in our float. Do you want to learn how to make a balloon hat to dazzle the parade watchers? Come to one of our many balloon making events run by our own Roxie Howard! We will have a few more events as we approach October. Keep an eye on EnUUs for those dates.

Do you have interest in being a part of Pride, either the parade or at the booth? Please email Alyssa Knights so I can start compiling a list of interested people. 

I am also looking for members of the LGBTQ+ community to answer a short survey of their expereince coming here that we can display at our Pride booth. The survey is 100% anonymous unless you would like to give your name and picture. All these responses will be compiled into displays for our Pride Booth to help other LGBTQ+ people find a safe church home! The survey can be filled out HERE.
